As first home buyers we were overwhelmed, however from our first visit Mihir made us feel welcome and explained the whole process in precise detail. I had a very tough time getting a home loan for my first home. I had approched few of the great banks in Australia who offered to assist me after assessing my eligibility. However after I had paid the advance for the purchase of land and having fixed the building plan the banks were hesitant to approve the loan. Whoever I approched were quite relectant to help me. I was provided Raj’s details from a mutual friend and he assisted with my refinance and debt consolidation. Being a single parent, I needed to consolidate these debts and I had no idea it could be done and how easy it was. I was afraid of banks declining my loan due to the other debts.
